Who Established the Company?

Rick started the company in 1990, overseeing every project from start to finish. His career began in 1978, apprenticing with the Cement Masons Union and working on major projects including B.C. Place Stadium. He then honed his skills with a top Vancouver concrete company, working on high-end homes and precision projects.

With experience and a growing family, Rick launched his own company, quickly earning the trust of clients and landing high-profile projects. Highlights include restoring the Peace Arch at the Blaine border crossing and completing specialty concrete projects for the City of Burnaby, including Central Park monuments and the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course. Over the years, Rick has completed thousands of projects across the Lower Mainland, earning a reputation for quality, precision, and reliability.

Hello, my name is Obada, and I am the owner of the company. I purchased the business from Rick after working exclusively with Rick for many years. Rick has now retired, and I’m proud to continue the quality and reputation he built over the years.

My two brothers, Saed and Sam, and I worked alongside Rick for many years, learning the trade, gaining hands-on experience, and building strong skills in both concrete and excavation. We come from a family business that started in 1970 in the same industry, so quality workmanship runs in our blood. Today, we combine everything we learned from Rick with our own advanced experience to deliver top-quality, reliable work on every project.

With professional machinery for demolition, excavation, and concrete pouring, we complete projects faster, safer, and with exceptional results. Our priority is simple: deliver high-quality workmanship you can trust.

Since taking over the company, we’ve had a very successful journey. We’re steadily growing, taking on larger projects, and building strong relationships with both new and returning clients, including work with strata managers in Surrey and White Rock.
